Our Response to COVID-19

A message to our community,

 

The safety of our customers and employees always comes first. The COVID-19 outbreak hasn’t changed that. In an effort to protect the health and safety of our customers, clients, and employees during this time, the Creator Ink team is following recommendations from local authorities on social distancing and shelter in place by working remotely. Our Customer Happiness Team will remain available and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Our team has been, and will continue, monitoring the rapidly evolving situation daily, and will keep our customers in the loop on any upcoming changes. 

Our logistics partners are taking careful precaution in the cleanliness of their facility and procedure in fulfilling your orders to ensure each and every order is packaged with special care and attention to detail. Because of this, there has been an overall slow down in logistics worldwide which has increased our order processing timeline to 7 - 10 days for many orders. Our fulfillment center will remain open and will continue to fulfill all orders from creatorink.com. We are in frequent communication with our logistics team to ensure your orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and delivered as quickly as possible. Rest assured knowing our team is working diligently and safely to fulfill your order as quickly as they can to have your new gear on its way to you.

Although this may be a time filled with worry and uncertainty, we are in this together and we will continue to support and encourage our community through this experience.
